With multiple certifications such as, NASM Personal Training Certification, Performace Enhancement Specialization, Corrective Exercise Specialization, and Nutrionist Specialist, Josh has a well minded knowledge, capable of getting you where you need to be, Located at a private gym in Redmond, WA, he specializes in High Intesity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.). The reason for this is because he knows time is money. It is proven that on averaged 86% of your maximum heart rates and 74 percent of your VO2maxes, measures that meet or exceed industry guidelines for improving cardio fitness and body composition. Josh also works on specific weight training using dumbels and barbell weights.
